Jacqueline Dixon, a young Black mother of four, was charged with murder after she shot and killed her husband while he was attacking her. On October 11, 2018, she was cleared of all charges by a grand jury. But we won't stop fighting for Black women like Jacqueline, who are so often punished just for surviving.
