Women Emerging is a global non-profit movement united by a shared vision of reframing leading so that more women choose to lead.

Our first expedition in 2022 set out to find an approach to leading that truly resonates with women. The finding? The act of leading is individual and personal. Though these are common elements, they are not common at all. So rather then developing an approach, the developed a ‘map’, which is now used as the expedition methodology called the 4Es.

Women Emerging invites women to begin their own expeditions and find an approach to leading that resonates with them.
